The Yellow Rose was well attended, with 18 couples (9 teams) braving the record heat. It’s amazing how alert you become when you are handed the yellow ball by a teammate and how relaxed you feel when you pass it on.
We all owe a big thank you to Buddy Antwine for providing yellow balls with a Yellow Rose of Texas stamp. It made that yellow ball a little more special and added just the right spirit to the hand-off.
